Board Eligible / Board Certified in Family Medicine REQUIRED

BLS REQUIRED

Active New Jersey Medical License PREFERRED

Will accept providers who need to obtain NJ license prior to start Schedule & Availability

Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM

No call

No inpatient duties

No ED backup

Outpatient clinic only Clinical Responsibilities

Adult outpatient primary care

~20 adult patients per day

Required : EKG interpretation

Disability exams / Occupational Medicine

No supervision required

No procedures beyond standard outpatient care Setting & Systems

Practice Setting : Primary Care / Family Practice

EMR : Cerner

Trauma Level : II Preferred Experience

Disability exams (Occ Med)

Cerner experience
