LOCATION : Fort Collins, CO
STATUS : Full-time
SCHEDULE : Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm
HOURLY PAY RANGE : $20.38 - $23.95
SUPPLEMENTAL PAY : Based on position, schedule, and / or availability : Overtime
MILEAGE AND EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT : Sixty-two and a half cents per mile – one of the highest in the industry!

REWARDING WORK YOU WILL DO :
Performs general clerical projects including filing, copying, data entry, and other supportive administrative tasks. Provides administrative support for managers or departments, which may include setting up meetings, attending meetings, taking notes, and providing backup to other administrative staff and receptionists.
Enters donations into bank accounts, prints donor letters of appreciation, and processes mail.Scans returned mail for updating software programs.Fields questions via telephone and provides customer support.Assists with data cleanup.Maintains file systems, copies, collates, and distributes agency documents.Prepares routine reports, correspondence, and other documents.Performs data entry into database applications and maintains the system.Arranges appointments and greets visitors.Assists with scheduling community requests and events.Assists in preparation for meetings and may be required to take minutes as needed.Handles incoming and outgoing mailings. Distributes mail and assists leaders with delivery systems as needed.Provides support for Board of Directors and Committees, including but not limited to, taking minutes, scheduling, and documentation preparation.Receives payments of various kinds and secures them appropriately.Provides backup coverage to the receptionist and other administrative staff as needed.Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.WHAT WE ARE GOING TO LOVE ABOUT YOU :
Minimum Education : High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum Experience : Two years of relevant work experience.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
Ability to lift / carry a minimum of 30 lbsPathways Hospice is affiliated with Care Synergy, a nonprofit network of community-based hospice and palliative care organizations serving Colorado’s Front Range and the Region’s Largest Home Health, Hospice, and Palliative Care Network. Care Synergy provides mission support services to equip Pathways Hospice to better operate as a distinct and independent organization while working together to share best practices and serve more Coloradans along the Front Range.
