Senior Tax Manager

An established professional services firm is seeking a

Partner-level tax leader

to oversee its San Diego office. This is a full-time, on-site role offering the opportunity to lead a team of experienced professionals and play a key role in the firm’s next phase of growth.

Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a team of tax and accounting professionals

Oversee client engagements, including compliance and strategic tax planning

Manage day-to-day office operations and support long-term growth initiatives

Serve as a key leader during a planned leadership transition

Qualifications :

Extensive background in public accounting with a strong tax focus

Proven leadership experience managing teams and client relationships

Active CPA (required)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative leadership style
