At Crystal Run Healthcare, part of the Optum family of businesses, we are seeking a full‑time, fellowship trained urologist to join our growing multi‑disciplinary team in the greater Middletown, NY market.

- Patient census – primarily adult focused
- Schedule : weekday (M‑F) during normal business hours
- Local travel between multiple outpatient offices and ambulatory surgical centre(s)
- Dedicated procedural day(s) built into your schedule
- Shared / rotating on‑call support

Primary Responsibilities
Our academically trained urologists treat everything from erectile dysfunction (ED) and kidney stones to urinary tract infections and prostate cancer. With access to state‑of‑the‑art technology, our urologists perform various procedures in the urology office. On‑site tests include cystoscopy, prostate biopsy, urodynamics and vasectomy. Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or a New York license application in processBoard certification or board eligibility in UrologyActive and unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain one prior to startSalary Range : $429,056 to $641,310 per year.
