Position Summary : As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a key role in guiding new hires through a seamless onboarding process, ensuring they feel connected, supported, and ready to contribute to our growing team. Under limited guidance, you'll facilitate training programs that equip new employees with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. Through your expertise, you'll foster a sense of belonging and collaboration across our organization.
