Job Description :

The Business Enablement team with the CFO's Office at the University of Florida is seeking a strategic financial analyst to support financial services across the institution. This position plays a key role in enabling smarter, faster and more efficient financial operations by streamlining processes, optimizing costs, and supporting strategic growth through financial analyses.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively across departments to lead financial analyses and budgeting that inform decision making. This role supports the development of short- and long-term priorities and ensures the delivery of accurate, timely, and relevant financial information.

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Conduct balance sheet reviews, financial statement reviews, cash flow forecasting, and ad hoc financial analyses to support institutional decision-making.
• Monitor financial trends and patterns to identify risks and opportunities
• Develop actionable insights to support operational and financial goals.
• Support performance monitoring aligned with strategic plan goals and key performance indicators.

Budgeting & Financial Operations

Process Improvement & Technology Implementation

Policy & Institutional Engagement

Other duties as assigned

This position is an on-site appointment, requiring in-person work five days a week during normal business hours.

Expected Salary : $61,000 - $70,000
