Project Manager (Registered) - Limited Duration Contract

We are seeking a Project Manager (Registered) for a limited duration contract vacancy based in Kimberley, Northern Cape.

Duties & Responsibilities

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria :

• BSc, B. Eng or BTech qualification in Civil Engineering with 5 years post qualification graduate experience and at least 3 years' experience in housing developments.
• Experience in construction monitoring and site supervision of contract work within a civil / building environment.
• Experience in project management especially in civil / building environment.
• Good knowledge of / experience in built environment, housing development processes, statutory processes, government policies / procedures and housing.
• Experience in leading and managing teams.
• Experience in compilation and submission of tenders / proposals.
• Professionally registered with ECSA as a Pr Technologist or in process thereof.
• Professionally registered as a Professional Construction Project Manager or in process thereof.
• MS Projects / Primavera experience preferable.
