Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a comprehensive Voice of the Customer (VoC) program to gather feedback from various sources
Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure customer feedback is integrated into the product development life cycle
Analyze customer feedback data to identify trends, pain points, and areas for improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
8+ years of experience in product operations, product management, customer success, or data analytics
Experience with data analysis tools and techniques
Familiarity with survey tools and CRM systems
Experience with identity governance or security software is a plus
