What You’ll Do

Conduct in-home assessments and prepare and present thoughtful recommendations

Build your own pipeline by connecting with the community, generating referrals, and attending local events

Partner with clients every step of the way, from first visit to installation, ensuring a seamless experience

Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for safe, independent living

Maintain strong follow-up with every prospect to ensure opportunities aren’t lost, quotas are met, and sales goals are exceeded

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people

Self-motivated closer who thrives independently

2+ years of sales experience with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals

Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems and additional tools like Outlook and Excel

Bonus Points For :

Experience in home accessibility, healthcare, or construction

Consultative or outside sales experience
