Job Description Summary

Outside Sales Representative (Pump Solutions). The primary function is to generate profitable sales from the rental of the Pump & Power division's fleet of equipment, targeting the Civil market segment for customers who rent Pumps for short-term or long-term projects to move fluids.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a career track and leverage your current skills in a challenging role
  • Work with an experienced team to achieve sales objectives
  • Generate profitable rental sales from the Pump & Power fleet
  • Present and review business opportunities with management and customers

Qualifications

  • B2B direct sales AND / OR project management experience within the equipment industry is required
  • Knowledge of pump equipment highly desirable
  • Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills
  • Ability to give effective presentations and business reviews to management

    • Physical Requirements

    The role may require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors / outdoors as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.

    Compensation and Benefits

  • Base pay range : $40,000.00 - 58,168.00
  • Total compensation includes base pay, company vehicle, and robust commission plan
  • Starting rate varies based on factors including location, education, training, and experience
