We need a hardworking person who can get in and help with a variety of kitchen tasks. In addition to unloading dirty dishes brought in by bussers, you will be scraping, sorting, and loading dishes into the dishwashing machine. You may be required to undertake additional cleaning duties as needed. If this sounds like a great opportunity, apply now! Compensation :

$16.50 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Mop and clean kitchen floors daily to keep the workplace neat and sanitary
• Keep track of dishwashing machine mechanical defects while also maintaining accurate levels of detergent and cleaning supplies
• Rinse glassware, scrape plates, and sort dishes before loading them into the dishwasher
• Unload the dishwashing machine and place utensils and dishes in appropriate storage areas
• Attend regular employee meetings that will help you stay current on all procedures and safety protocols

Hotel Sutter is a historical building located in the heart of downtown Sutter Creek. We have a restaurant serving indoors, on our balcony, as well as out front on our Pallet Cafe. We have 2 bars, one located in our lobby and another downstairs known as our Copper Room. We also have a fully functioning 21-room hotel on our 2nd and 3rd floors.
