Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects at various job sites nationwide. This role involves full-time travel and requires adaptability, initiative, and excellent coordination skills. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, has a passion for jobsite excellence, and brings a proactive, problem-solving mindset to every phase of construction.

You'll lead all field operations on assigned projects—ensuring execution aligns with plans, schedules, and budgets while maintaining safety, quality, and communication at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day field operations on commercial job sites across the U.S.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and on-site coordination.
• Plan and sequence work, enforce construction schedules, and manage logistics.
• Lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and maintain site safety compliance.
• Ensure quality workmanship through detailed inspections and proactive issue resolution.
• Oversee SWPPP, stormwater management, and site-specific regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and owners to solve field challenges.
• Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and other digital tools to manage documentation and progress.
• Create and maintain look-ahead schedules to meet critical project milestones.
• Travel between job sites and participate in preconstruction planning at the home office.
