As our client roster grows, so does our need for team members who are passionate about people and driven by curiosity. We're looking for an Associate Recruiter who is a relationship builder, storyteller, and creative problem-solver and eager to grow their career in recruiting and client services.
As part of our Recruiting team, you'll help connect talented candidates with companies on the cusp of growth. This role blends the art of recruiting with the fast-paced, ever-evolving world of our clients. On any given day, week, or month you will be :
- Owning candidate sourcing and engagement across multiple client searches.
- Crafting job postings that reflect each client's voice and attract the right talent.
- Building and maintaining candidate pipelines to support both active and future searches.
- Managing job postings, tracking applicants, and maintaining accurate candidate data in our applicant tracking system.
- Participating in client meetings and calls to share updates, gather feedback, and align on search strategy.
- Conducting phone screens and initial candidate interviews to assess alignment with client roles, skills, and company culture.
- Supporting interview coordination and candidate communication throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
- Collaborating closely with the Recruiting team on search strategy, candidate outreach, and market research.
- Contributing to the development of recruiting collateral, surveys, and other resources that enhance the candidate experience.
- Representing Sandbox at community and networking events to strengthen our employer brand and talent network.
- Pitching in on other recruiting projects as needed - because that's the Sandbox way!
We are excited about you because
You have 23 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a related field.You're a strong communicator who loves connecting with people.You have a keen eye for organization, with comfort juggling multiple searches and priorities.You're familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and other sourcing tools.You're proficient in Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides).You enjoy learning on the fly and applying new skills, even before they're "perfect."You're proactive, curious, and unafraid to ask questions when something's unclear.Bonus points if you have exposure to startups, consulting, or client-facing work!You will love playing in the Sandbox if our core values resonate with you :
