As a Day Program, we offer consistent day hours Monday through Friday. No need to work evenings, overnights or weekends! Full-time and Part-time shifts currently available.

$18.50 hourly. Regular full-time DSPs work 33 hours per week.

If you are interested in working 40 hours per week, we also now offer additional work opportunities as an In-Home Caregiver / IHS Professional in various locations and schedules around the Twin Cities. Pay is $20 hourly and requires your own vehicle and clean driving record.

So you can work 33 hours weekly as a Day Program DSP, and supplement your hours as an IHS Professional, working one-on-one with clients in the community, often 10-15 hours per week.

While experience in direct care is a bonus, it's not a must-have - we're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in this role. You must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED to join our team. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are also important.
