Women's Accessories Buying Intern

Urban Outfitters is looking for a Women's Accessories Buying intern to join us for the Summer. This intern would work with the Accessories Team and supporting our growing categories in the business. This person would support all buying functions related to Women's Accessories.

Each summer URBN Inc. welcomes candidates from across the country to immerse themselves within various teams across our portfolio of brands and gain hands-on learning experience in the area of business which they choose to pursue. Our paid internship program also offers a summer full of intern focused events including exposure to our senior leadership across the business in small group settings, insight into company initiatives, off-site field trips & for those qualified a chance to interview for a full-time job opportunity. The URBN 2026 Summer Internship Program will run from 6 / 1 through 8 / 7 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA.

Role Responsibilities

• Trend forecasting / research
• Sample management
• Data analysis / reviewing product performance
• Problem solving
• Cross divisional connection (sample + information handover)
