Security Officer

As a Security Officer in Euless, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling auto-related locations to help create a secure environment for all. By conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence, you will help to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license and offers the opportunity to interact with people, support a caring culture, and contribute as part of a reliable and innovative team that values integrity and teamwork.

Pay Rate : $15.25 / Hour

Job Schedule :

Day Time Mon 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

Tue 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

Wed 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

Thur 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

Fri 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.
  • Observe and report any irregularities or security-related concerns within the location, particularly within the context of the automotive industry.
  • Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to employees, visitors, and customers.
  • Communicate with Allied Universal management and / or local law enforcement as needed regarding incidents or concerns.
  • Follow all post orders and client-specific instructions to address security-related needs at the location.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
