Locations : Winston-Salem, NC (and our brand-new Greensboro clinic opening early next year!)

Salary : $100K–$120K (DOE)

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $15K

Oversee and manage clinical operations for multiple North Carolina centers (Winston-Salem & Greensboro)

Lead and mentor BCBAs and RBTs to deliver exceptional, ethical ABA therapy

Collaborate with our VP of Clinical Services and Expansion to implement best practices and operational excellence

Conduct assessments, develop BIPs, and ensure quality clinical outcomes
