Essential Job Duties
Create and maintain design documentation including technical drawings, tech packs, BOMs (initial and color), Notion pages, garment descriptions, style numbers, and other seasonal documents.
Manage prototypes : shipping, receiving, and tracking samples.
Maintain seasonal tracking documents and comments.
Measure and review prototypes against tech packs and PLM standards.
Inspect production and photo samples for QC and measurement accuracy.
Prepare and participate in fittings; record notes, communicate fit / construction updates, and update tech packs post–P1.
Maintain accurate data in Backbone PLM.
Support internal and external design presentations.
Additional Responsibilities
Assist with fabric, trim, and graphic / print development and feedback.
Create design packets for Marketing, Photoshoot, and Social Media teams to ensure alignment with seasonal launches.
Support seasonal color development, including lab dip management.
Contribute to seasonal inspiration research, graphic briefs, and collection ideas.
Create style and color names for each season.
Maintain online fabric and trim toolbox.
Draft style descriptions for collections.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Technical Fashion Designer.
Required Skills & Experience
1–3 years of design and development experience, preferably in athletic apparel (men’s design experience a plus).
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office on Mac platforms.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
