Job description

Customer Service Manager direct hire position located in Wilmington, MA. Duties: Oversee the customer service team and daily operations of multiple companies. Ensure customers are informed of pricing, shipping dates and delays. Review and verify tasks are accurate and on time. Handle any customer or vendor complaints and ensure timely resolution. Complete reporting requirements and workflow. Review inventory levels in various departments. Provide training, coaching and develop team members. Proficient in MS Office. Experience with accounting systems. Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience and/or training. Salary: 75K to 80K.
