Plant Manager - Architectural Precast Concrete

In this critical leadership role, you will manage the entire production process - from scheduling through project completion - while building and leading a high-performing team. You will be responsible for all aspects of plant operations, including :

• Production Scheduling & Inside / Outside Bed Planning
• Inventory Control & Materials Management
• Mold Shop Fabrication Oversight
• Stripping, Pouring, and Finishing Coordination
• Team Leadership & Workforce Development Across All Plant Departments
