Position Summary
We are looking for reliable and customer-focused Call Center Representatives to handle incoming and outgoing calls, assist with customer inquiries, and ensure every interaction is positive and professional. Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer questions or concerns in a professional manner
- Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, or client outreach
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or accounts
- Document all customer interactions in the company’s CRM system
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
- Meet performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and accuracy
- Support the team by maintaining a positive and professional work ethic
