DESCRIPTION

Under general supervision, performs waived, moderate, and high complexity testing; evaluates test results; performs and evaluates quality control procedures; performs preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting. Provides laboratory services in a timely manner and consistently delivers excellent customer service. Serves as a technical resource for customers and other staff. Adheres to all safety policies. Performs other related CLS functions as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor's Degree in scientific related field; and / or equivalent combination of experience / training.

Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS).

Applicable clinical laboratory experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with SoftLab LIS and Epic.
• Experience with the following automated instrumentation Iris IChem\IQ, GEM4000, TEG, and Roche Cobas.
• Generalist skills - Hematology / Chemistry
• Hospital Experience.
• Hematology Analyzer -Sysmex, ACL Top.

Annual Full Pay Range : $98,846 - $130,563 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)

Hourly Equivalent : $47.34 - $62.53
