Position Overview

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct resident care , monitors health and vitals, and works closely with Registered Nurses (RNs) and nursing leadership to ensure high-quality, individualized care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct personal care to residents

Monitor, assess, and document resident health and vital signs

Assist RNs and leadership with care planning and medical histories

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with company and state regulations

Support a professional, collaborative, and resident-focused environment

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Massachusetts

Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

Dedication to providing compassionate, high-quality care

Shifts Available : 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, 11pm–7am

Positions : Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem
