Assistant Superintendent

Our client is looking for a Travelling Assistant Superintendent to their dynamic and rapidly growing solar construction team.

As part of a leading solar contractor, you will support on-site project operations, coordinate field activities, and help ensure our solar installations are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities :

• Support the Superintendent with day-to-day field operations across various solar job sites
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, schedules, and site documentation
• Monitor safety, quality, and productivity to ensure work is completed per plans and specifications
• Assist with jobsite reporting, daily logs, and progress tracking
• Work closely with project management and field leadership to drive project success
• Travel full-time to project locations (travel expenses covered)
