Job Description

Key Responsibilities

AWS Cloud Cost Optimization (FinOps)

• Lead AWS cost optimization initiatives using tools like AWS Cost Explorer, AWS Budgets, AWS Compute Optimizer, and Savings Plans.
• Design and implement tagging strategies, budget alerts, and cost allocation models to improve visibility and accountability.
• Analyze usage patterns and recommend architectural or service changes to reduce spend.
• Collaborate with finance and engineering teams to align cloud spend with business goals and forecasts.
• Build dashboards and reports using AWS Cost and Usage Reports (CUR) and third-party tools such as CloudHealth, CloudCheckr, or Apptio Cloudability.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $185,600.00–$278,400.00 Annual. Compensation may be influenced by skills, experience, location and other factors. This position may also be eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation.
