Your Responsibilities :

Lead diverse technology projects and mentor a team of developers experienced in distributed microservices and full stack systems to address key regulatory needs.

Stay up-to-date with tech trends and contribute to technology communities while guiding other engineers in best practices.

Collaborate closely with product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans to achieve financial stability.

Utilize programming languages such as Python and TypeScript, along with RDBMS, NoSQL, and container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree.

6+ years of experience in software engineering.

1+ year of experience in cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).

Preferred Qualifications :

Master's Degree.

9+ years of experience in programming languages including Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Go.

4+ years of hands-on experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure.

4+ years of experience with open source frameworks.

1+ years of people management experience.

Experience with Agile methodologies for 2+ years.

The minimum and maximum salary for this role is $204,900 - $233,800 (Remote). This role also allows for performance-based compensation which may include cash bonuses and / or long-term incentives.
