Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources they need. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services – working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. All of our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.
The pay range for this position is $233,000- $325,000 annually based on experience, education, and / or licensure.
Essential Functions :
- Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment (including pharmacologic and psychotherapeutic interventions) for individuals served by ISBH programs, with a focus on individuals enrolled in Assertive Community Treatment (ACT).
- Serve as the psychiatric provider of record on the ACT team, ensuring adherence to DACTS fidelity and person-centered, harm reduction–aligned practices.
- Participate in daily team meetings , treatment planning, and case reviews, offering psychiatric expertise to support comprehensive, coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the electronic health record consistent with Ohio Administrative Code (OAC 5122-27-03) and payer requirements.
- Provide telepsychiatry and / or on-site services as appropriate, including crisis consultation and medication management.
- Collaborate with primary care providers, nurses, counselors, and case managers to ensure integrated care addressing both behavioral and physical health need
Administrative and Leadership Responsibilities
Participate in clinical leadership activities , including case consultation, supervision, and quality improvement initiatives.Support and mentor nurse practitioners and other members of the psychiatric team.Contribute to training and education initiatives for ISBH staff, including clinical workshops, case conferences, and didactic sessions.Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and regional directors to develop and implement clinical policies, protocols, and standard operating procedures.Assist with program development, clinical performance metrics, and fidelity monitoring for specialized programs such as ACT, FQHC-partnered clinics, and collaborative care initiatives.Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of behavioral health providers.Minimum Requirements :
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited medical school.Completion of an accredited residency in Psychiatry.Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN).Licensed or eligible for licensure as a physician in the State of Ohio.DEA registration and Ohio TDDD licensure (or eligibility).Experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI) in community-based settings preferred.Familiarity with Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), harm reduction, and trauma-informed care strongly preferred.Commitment to integrated care, recovery principles, and serving individuals facing social and economic disadvantage.Able to effectively communicate through verbal / written expression.Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.Valid Driver License requiredEnjoy a great work environment with an excellent salary, generous paid time off, and a strong benefits package!
