LOS Technical Administrator

A company is looking for a LOS (Encompass) Technical Administrator responsible for supporting the core Loan Origination system.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for the core LOS platform and integrated vendor relationships

Lead testing of system releases, enhancements, and configuration changes

Act as a liaison between the LOS Administration team and various business lines to improve the mortgage loan application process

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

5+ years' experience in the mortgage industry highly preferred

5+ years' experience in loan processes from point of sale through servicing and secondary highly preferred

3+ years' experience working directly with the LOS (Encompass) required

Experience working with Motivity highly preferred
