Job descriptionOutpatient Urgent Care Clinic Clinic open 10 hours daily, Monday through Sunday, with 4 shifts per week Average 25-30 patients per day Scribe provided for providers averaging 15+ patients daily Brand new facility (opened Fall 2020) with x-ray on site Full-time, permanent position Utilizes Epic EMR Above-average school system (as rated by GreatSchools.org) A variety of outdoor activities, including : Biking, hiking, alpine lakes, skiing, rock climbing, water sports, hunting, fishing, and bird watching - Mt. Emily Recreation Area (MERA) extensive hiking / biking trails on the outskirts of La Grande - Ladd Marsh Nature Trail and Wildlife Area wildlife watching, game bird hunting, walking, and biking paths - Historic Hot Lake Springs one of the largest hot springs in the world - Wallowa Lake Recreation Area just 1.5 hours away in neighboring Wallowa County - Anthony Lakes beautiful alpine lakes and trails for summer and winter activities Ideal Candidate We are looking for a strong team member who : Has ties to the region or seeks a rural practice environment Values the balance of professional rewards and small-community living Is eager to embrace a role that offers diverse medical challenges in a supportive and welcoming community

Outpatient Urgent Care Opportunity in La Grande, OR We are seeking a dedicated and team-oriented physician to join our Outpatient Urgent Care Clinic in a picturesque Pacific Northwest community. This is an exceptional opportunity for a provider seeking a competitive compensation package, professional growth, and a vibrant lifestyle in a rural setting. Benefits Details
- Very competitive total compensation opportunity ($300k+), including :
- Annual quality incentives up to $45k - RVU bonus based on annual threshold
- Commencement bonus : $30,000
- Annual CME : $8,000 (includes licensing, dues, and subscriptions) + paid CME time
- Student loan assistance
- Hospital-employed position
- Comprehensive benefits, including a 401(k) match
- Paid malpractice insurance
