• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years
• Fellowship preferred in Balance Disorders, Epilepsy, Headache Medicine, or Movement Disorders.
• M-F 8a-12p, 1p-5p
• Practice percentage : 85% Adult, 15% Peds over age 12, 95% Outpatient, and 1-3 inpatient consults / week,
• Conducting and reading of EEG, EMG and NCV required.
