Primary Responsibilities include financial oversight, exceptional associate and customer service, executing company strategies, talent growth, and maintaining store security.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum of 3 years' retail management experience, schedule flexibility, and a valid driver's license. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 35 pounds, and stand for extended periods. Ollie's is an equal opportunity employer.
