We’re a local builder hiring a dependable and capable Construction Lead  to take charge of our siding projects and lead a dedicated crew. If you’re skilled in siding installation and looking for a leadership role, this is your opportunity to grow with a respected homebuilder.

Compensation : $26 - $30+ hourly

Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise a siding crew on residential construction projects.
• Ensure proper measurement, cutting, and installation of siding materials.
• Review blueprints and specifications to guide installations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient job site.
• Inspect work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with codes.
• Train and mentor crew members to boost efficiency and craftsmanship.
• Track progress, communicate with supervisors, and report material needs.
