A company is looking for a Registered Midwife in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Provide virtual care and support to adult members through video consults and messaging

Document encounter summaries in the practice management system and collaborate with the Care Delivery team

Serve as an ambassador of the care model, providing culturally humble care to improve outcomes for women and families

Required Qualifications

Must be a Registered Midwife residing in Canada

Ability to provide direct member care for 5 hours per week as a part-time independent contractor

In good standing with applicable medical boards, with no history of malpractice or disciplinary actions

3+ years of experience as an independently licensed provider

3+ years of prior experience in the telehealth space, comfortable with digital health platforms
