The HR Department needs a temporary receptionist.

The receptionist will be under the supervision of the HR Director.

PRIMARY DUTIES :

• The receptionist will receive and direct all incoming calls and visitors, take messages, receive and sort all incoming mail and correspondence, receive and stock all supplies, filing and data entry.
• Performs overall general clerical duties; and all any other duties as assigned.
