Senior Accounting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Manager to oversee and manage the accounting functions of the company. The Senior Accounting Manager will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, managing the month-end and year-end close processes, and providing strategic financial insights to senior leadership. This position will play a critical role in maintaining financial integrity, compliance, and fostering operational efficiency.

Financial Reporting & Compliance :

• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and external regulations.
• Coordinate with external sales tax auditors during audits and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with tax professionals to oversee income and indirect tax compliance.
• Prepare quarterly sales and use tax returns.
• Invoice customers and manage receivables process - automating the process.
• Manage the receivables financing process.
• Perform inventory and fixed asset audits to ensure financial statements are accurate.

The pay range for this role is : $134,868-$167,089. The stated compensation range reflects only the targeted base salary range in the San Francisco Bay Area and excludes additional earnings such as bonus and benefits.
