Ditch Witch, a division of The Toro Company is located in Perry, OK and recently celebrated their 75th anniversary. This is a vertical integrated manufacturing facility that contains machining, welding, bending, cylinder fabricating, as well as assembly and test of the full Ditch Witch product line.
What Will You Do?
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for :
Supporting and complying with the facilities safety guidelines
Supporting Manufacturing and Lean operations in problem solving activities
Analyzing data to determine trends in reoccurring issues in the manufacturing process and assembly functions
Analyzing warranty data to determine customer satisfaction trends across similar products
Coordinating with a cross-functional team to resolve product nonconformance
Conducting audits on previous corrective actions to determine effectiveness
Assisting with New Product Development on continuous improvement projects
Evaluating end-of-line and in-process testing and inspection processes
What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements :
Experience & Education : Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or similar engineering discipline
Skills : Strong mechanical aptitude. Desire to learn new skills and maintain knowledge of new technologies. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Characteristics : Relationship Building, Collaboration, Working in Cross-functional teams

Competitive Pay anticipated pay $22.00-$33.00 per hour.
