Exciting opportunity to join a well-established, forward-thinking independent Dermatology practice with multiple locations throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Opportunity

Collaborative team of 5 BC physicians and 12+ APPs. Practice at one primary location, in a modern, dynamic environment - No travel or call required. Autonomy and flexibility to design your own schedule, including a 4-day work week option, and tailor your caseload with general dermatology, cosmetics, and even MOHS if desired.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary plus uncapped productivity incentive on wRVU model
• Up to $200k package for sign-on, relocation and / or student loan repayment
• $15k stipend paid annually per APP you supervise
• 401k match

Extensive resources, technology advances and support available including : one of the top specialty-specific EHR / EMRs. The use of AI for biologic approvals, phones and scribing. Support staff, including MAs per provider based on demand and volume, dedicated billing specialists, and more, to ensure providers can focus on efficiency, patient care, work-life balance, and avoid burnout.

Future strategic growth plans include an additional Medspa, another State-of-the-art MOHS surgery center, and a new office location.
