• Build and troubleshoot servers; support and install routers; build network gear; troubleshoot network problems; understand how to do backups for customers.
• Troubleshoot cross-connects.
• Test different types of circuits.
• Test equipment and load software.
• Good customer service skills; effective written and oral communication skills.
