Print & Mail Lead (Floater) - Coppell, TX
The Print & Mail Lead supports Xerox-managed service sites by providing efficient print, mail, and office-related services. This role blends hands-on document production and finishing work with basic client support and workflow coordination.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Operate digital and color print equipment for document production.
- Perform mailroom tasks : sorting, delivery, metering, and packaging of incoming / outgoing mail and packages.
- Use finishing equipment such as laminators, paper cutters, and inserters.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and maintenance of office equipment.
- Monitor job queues, perform quality checks, and log / report production activities.
- Assist with file preparation, scanning, archiving, and electronic file management.
- Interact professionally with clients and end-users; provide support and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist in ordering office / production supplies.
- Participate in workflow optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications :
Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.Ability to operate and maintain various print and mail equipment.Clear communication skills and a customer service mindset.Ability to learn multiple tasks at accounts and continue daily operations when main operator(s) are out of the office.Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand / walk for long periods.Bilingual (English / French or other languages) preferred for some locations.High School Diploma or equivalent required.Minimum 1 year experience in a print, mail, or customer service role.Post-secondary training in technology, office administration, or print production is a plus.Additional Benefits :
