The Project Manager - Ground up construction will :

• Oversee all phases of ground-up construction projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
• Lead project teams, including subcontractors and vendors, to meet project goals.
• Communicate project progress to clients and internal leadership regularly.
• Resolve any challenges or conflicts that arise during construction activities.
• Conduct final inspections and ensure quality standards are met before project handover.
