Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions in English. Moderate physical demand; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. What You'll Do
- Set up, adjust, and operate CNC or manual grinders for precision mechanical components.
- Work from blueprints and process sheets to meet manufacturing specifications.
- Inspect work for quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Perform basic mathematical calculations for machining processes.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area while adhering to safety protocols.

Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, plus a shift differential. This position is for the 2nd shift in Downers Grove.
