5+ years of experience in managing pre-sales and post-sales operations for SaaS or cloud-based products
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Proven ability to coach and evaluate performance of sales and support teams
Strong understanding of B2B customer relationship management
Technical aptitude to understand and explain software products across various platforms
