Position Overview

The Warehouse Clerk works in the warehouse and production area of the facility. Their primary responsibility is to ensure the production team has all supplies necessary to perform their job responsibilities, take completed mail to the warehouse, shrink wrap skids, load mail on trucks and generate accurate packing slips and summaries for USPS and Pitney Bowes Presort. Their secondary responsibilities include but not limited to unloading trucks with materials, stocking the warehouse, maintaining the inventory system, maintaining the baler and keeping the work areas clean and organized. The Warehouse Clerk will follow all OSHA safety standards for operating motorized pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks and clamp trucks.

This position is required to be onsite in our new Production Facility in Fenton, MO. Available Shift - 2nd shift - 2 pm - 10 pm

What You Will Do :

• Attention to detail is required. All paperwork must be 100% accurate when handling jobs
• Complete all work in timely manner to meet carrier pick up times (USPS, PB, FedEx, UPS, DHL, Carrier)
• Keeps production areas stocked
• Assist with ordering necessary materials to ensure proper inventory levels
• Self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills
• Clean and organized
• Ability to handle various warehouse motorized equipment safely and effectively
• Good communication skills
• Recognizes when to notify Production Supervisor of any shipping problems, paperwork issues or carrier delays
• Supports production staff in all departments
• Follows all standard operating procedures and instructions relevant to the job, position and department accurately.
• Follows established HIPAA, Compliance & Security policies & department policies, procedures, work instructions and safety and environmental guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned
