Retail Food Manager

Sodexo is seeking a Retail Food Manager 2 to join our team at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. The Retail Food Manager 2 is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the EAT Caf as well as assisting as needed with operations at the other retail outlets on campus, which include : Wolfgang Puck Kitchen Counter, Erie Island Coffee Company, Einstein Brother's Bagels, and the UH Market Zone.

What You'll Do

• Create and deliver innovative and enriching caf experiences for patients, family and staff daily.
• Deliver high quality food service.
• Mentor, develop, and retain frontline staff.
• Develop and maintain client and customer relationships.
• Directs daily operations of food quality & customer service in a retail food operation that may include branded concepts ensuring that employees have appropriate equipment, supplies and resources.
• Manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies.
