What You’ll Do
Oversee daily operations of the service department
Coach and mentor advisors and technicians to meet and exceed performance goals
Ensure compliance, safety, and customer satisfaction standards are met
Manage budgets, profitability, and key performance indicators
Build long-term customer loyalty through trust and quality service
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of dealership service management experience (required, verifiable references)
Strong leadership and team-building track record
Solid understanding of fixed operations and customer retention
Excellent communication and organizational skills
