We are currently hiring a Warehouse Outbound Lead for 1st shift at our Romeoville, IL distribution center. The pay rate is $22.75 / hour.

Monday through Friday, 1st Shift 6am to 2 : 30pm with opportunities for overtime.

Job Description

Lead a department of 10-15 in daily communication meetings and issuing each team member their daily workload. Train, motivate and lead the department to meet all daily production and safety goals, while taking direction from the shift supervisor. Take on accountability for all department operations, actions and results.
