Job Summary

All Production positions could include loading, unloading, inspecting, sanding, cleaning, pushing / pulling, trimming, grinding plastic and / or metal parts, clean up, platform work, powdercoating, welding, building, dipping decks, sandblasting, priming, carrying heavy objects, team lifting, shipping, assembling, operating machinery, etc.

All Team Members must be physically able to perform these duties.

Position Expectations

• Push, pull and lift 25 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally
• Must be able to twist, turn, extend, pivot, duck, crawl, climb, crouch, bend, stoup, carry and must have a brisk walk.
• Work in a hot / cold environment and stand for up to 8-10 hours daily
• Mandatory OT as needed to meet production schedules and goals
• Must be a team player

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Due to insurance and liability compliance, must be 18 years old to apply.

Job Type : Full-time

Starting Pay : $15.00 per hour
