Senior Construction Inspector
GFT is seeking a Senior Construction Inspector to join our Construction Services team in the Seattle area. At GFT, we're not just engineering the future; we're meticulously building it. What you'll be challenged to do :
This position is responsible for reporting directly to construction sites to observe and document contractor's work conforms to contract requirements, maintaining project files / documentation, compiling and calculating quantities of work performed to be used in calculating monthly contractor payments, and interacting with clients on a regular basis.
In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following :
- Prepare Daily Reports
- Prepare Project Progress Reports
- Monitor Quality Control Testing
- Measure Quantities
- Monitor Contractor Progress
- Assist with Payment Applications and Change Orders
- Assist with Project Filing System
- Perform Constructability Reviews
- Address Technical Issues in the Field
- Inspection Team Leader

Compensation :
The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $160,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
