Job Description
Provide direct speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy to maximize patient outcomes, including evaluations, treatment planning, and communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Perform comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, document services accurately, and ensure compliance with regulations. Supervise clinical staff and contribute to team meetings, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Maintain current clinical knowledge through continuing education, participate in professional development, and promote a positive, professional work environment. Ensure safety protocols are followed and equipment maintained.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred, CCC-SLP certification, and California licensure. Physical ability to perform patient treatments and support activities is required. Compensation ranges from $58-$62 / hour, with health benefits and relocation assistance in Cupertino, CA. In-person work location.
