Position Summary

The Project Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing multiple roofing projects each day and ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and to Bliss Roofing’s high standards of craftsmanship. Acting as the primary point of contact for homeowners, this role delivers a true white-glove service experience by guiding customers through the process with professionalism and care. The Project Manager coordinates crews, manages resources, resolves issues, and approves changes while holding teams accountable to company expectations for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role is central to upholding Bliss Roofing’s long-standing reputation for integrity and excellence built since 1969.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise multiple active roofing projects daily, directing installation crews and subcontractors from start to finish to achieve quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Communicate instructions accurately to crew foremen, coach and enforce accountability for performance.
• Serve as the primary liaison with homeowners, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring a 5-star customer experience.
• Evaluate project changes and change orders to ensure profitability and alignment with company standards.
• Create and distribute accurate project-specific records, including progress photos and videos.
• Authorize project closeouts, including homeowner sign-off, quality certification, and payment collection.
• Establish and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures, with authority to direct changes on jobsite.
• Identify and resolve field issues independently, escalating when impact requires other leader involvement.
• Analyze project outcomes, reporting on performance, and recommending improvements to senior leadership.
• Promote company reputation by ensuring accountability for customer reviews, referrals, and opportunities to maximize revenue through upsells or upgrades.
